1. Promoter

The promoter is BryceandMatty Pty Ltd (ABN 56 648 207 836) trading as Aussie Footy Shorts (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Event Details

The Reaction Challenge (“Activation”) is a free-to-enter physical activation conducted at the Qudos Bank Arena Forecourt, NSW in connection with UFC 325.

This Activation is operated by the Promoter and is not administered by, endorsed by, or sponsored by UFC®, Zuffa, LLC, or any of their related entities, except where expressly stated.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents of all ages.
  
• Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate and to provide personal information.
  
• Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter or event partners may participate but are not eligible to win prizes.
  
• Participants must be physically capable of safely completing the challenge.
  

4. How to Enter

To be eligible for prizes, participants must:

• Complete the Reaction Challenge during the activation period; and
  
• Provide their full name and valid email address via the form supplied by activation staff at the time of participation.
  

Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, misleading or illegible may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details

Friday 30 January 2026 (Weigh-In Night):

• The top two (2) scorers of the night will each receive a $100 AUD online e-gift card redeemable at www.footy-shorts.com.au.
  

Sunday 1 February 2026:

• The top eight (8) scorers of the day will each receive a $100 AUD online e-gift card redeemable at www.footy-shorts.com.au.
  

Total prizes: 10 × $100 AUD e-gift cards.

6. Prize Conditions

• Gift cards are valid only at www.footy-shorts.com.au.
  
• Gift cards are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
  
• Winners will receive their e-gift card via the email address provided on 3 February 2026.
  
• The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, misdirected or not received due to incorrect contact details provided by a participant.
  

7. Determining Winners

• Scores are recorded at the time of participation.
  
• Winners are determined based on the highest valid recorded scores achieved during the relevant activation period.
  
• In the event of a tie, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the winner(s) at its sole discretion, including conducting a tie-breaker attempt or awarding shared placement.
  

All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding.

8. Risk, Safety & Liability Waiver

Participation in the Activation involves physical activity and is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• They are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and ability to participate safely.
  
• They must follow all instructions given by activation staff and comply with all venue rules and directions.
  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants:

• Release, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, UFC®, Zuffa, LLC, event partners, venue owners/operators, contractors and staff from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense (including personal injury or property damage) arising from participation in the Activation, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  
• Agree that the Promoter is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage sustained before, during or after participation.
  

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or stop participation if it believes a participant’s safety may be at risk.

9. Marketing, Privacy & Data Collection

By entering, participants (and parents/guardians of minors) consent to:

• The collection, use and storage of their personal information (including name and email address) for the purpose of administering the Activation and awarding prizes; and
  
• Being added to the Aussie Footy Shorts marketing database, including receiving promotional emails, offers and updates.
  

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. Filming, Photography & Publicity

The Activation may be photographed or filmed. By participating, entrants consent to:

• The use of their name, image, likeness or recorded content for promotional, marketing or reporting purposes by the Promoter and its partners, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  

11. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Activation, interferes with scoring, behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Activation if required due to operational, safety or regulatory reasons.
  
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
