Promotion Period Opens: TUESDAY 30 APRIL, 1AM AEST (Competition Open Date)

Closes: TUESDAY 7TH MAY 2024, 3PM AEST

Promotion Site and Aus Footy Shorts official Facebook and Instagram pages (“Promotion Site”)

 

Entry Procedure

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Be following @ausfootyshorts on Instagram; or Facebook; and

2. Like the dedicated competition/giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook (“Promotion Site”) using your desktop computer, smartphone or tablet; and

3. Follow the instructions in the caption of the post and comment appropriately.

 

Entry Limits

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

Entrants may only enter the Promotion once.

 

Draw Details

One draw from all valid entries held by the Promoter as at the End of the Promotion Period will take place:

Time: between 3:00pm (AEST) and 5:00pm (AEST)

Date: Tuesday 7th May 2024

 

Entry Restrictions

EMPLOYEE RESTRICTIONS: Any employee, contractor or sub-contractor of the

Promoter or any of its related corporations and immediate family members are excluded from entering the Promotion.

 

RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: This Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Winner must be able to take the Prize (as defined below) on the date nominated by the Promoter.

The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion verify an Entrant’s eligibility to enter this Promotion and win a Prize.

Representatives of the Promoter may contact Entrants to determine their eligibility, however, if an Entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Winner and they may not be awarded a Prize.

 

Prize

There will be one prize for the Promotion. The winner will receive:

20 Custom Made Footy Shorts Featuring the Prize Winner’s Business Logo and Branding.

 

Winner Notification

Provisional Winner will be notified by the Promoter by Direct Message (on the associated Instagram or Facebook account used to enter) at 6:00pm AEST on Tuesday 7th May 2024.

 

Prize Claim Date and Time

The Provisional Winner will have until 6:00pm AEST on MONDAY 14 MAY 2024 to

notify the Promoter of their intention to claim their prize.

 

Unclaimed Prize/Alternative Winner

Notification

Alternative Winner (if required) will be notified by the Promoter by Direct Message (on the associated Instagram or Facebook account used to enter) at 11:00am AEST on TUESDAY 21 MAY 2024
